WCDC believes that all of our members deserve corporate transparency. We believe that corporate transparency is fundamental to the continued support of members, coaches, and supporters. The WCDC Executive Board is committed to treating our members with honesty and respect.
Below are the minutes of our first annual meeting on August 9, 2015. This annual meeting was held in compliance with WCDC's bylaws, as approved by USA Wrestling's national office, and Section 29-405 of the DC Code regarding Nonprofit Corporations.
In accordance with WCDC bylaws, the annual meeting had a quorum of officers, was conducted according to Robert's Rules of Order, at a venue in DC accessible by public transportation, and members were invited 3 weeks in advance, via email, using emails obtained from their USAW DC membership cards.
